Meet Pamela Pilakis

Stylist, salon owner, extension specialist, and founder of GLOE.

Hey new bestie!!

I’ve been in the hair game for over fifteen years. Behind the chair, running my own salon, and teaching stylists how to get results they’re proud of.

I’ve worked with all types of hair over the years, but struggled to find hair that was consistent in quality and lasted.

I started getting quality complaints *insert heart drop* and as a small business I couldn’t keep replacing hair that wasn’t hair’ing!

So I dove into research fast.

I tested my own hair on clients for two to three years and the feedback was consistently positive. (YAY!)

My hairdresser friends had the same issue I did, so I thought, why gatekeep? Sharing is caring! And that’s how GLOE was born.

Every salon “Gloe up” starts here. From my chair to your hands. I pour my heart into each step.
